I. Construction preparation
1. Before the start of the project, the project department provides samples of the components of the traffic safety facilities and the certificate of qualified inspection for the supervision engineer to examine and approve. The quality of all components transported to the site shall conform to the relevant technical standards and be sampled after being transported to the site for use only with the approval of the supervising engineer.
2. Before the start of the project, the project department will submit detailed overall construction organization design for the supervision engineer to examine and approve. No matter what method is adopted in construction, effective measures should be taken to avoid damage to pipelines, shoulders and other completed structures and pavement slopes, thoroughly eliminate hidden dangers of damaged highway facilities, and achieve civilized construction.
3. Organize the managers, engineers and technicians, construction leaders, quality inspectors who invest in the project to study the contents of bidding documents and relevant documents issued by the owners, study and study the technical specifications of the project, and explain some advanced construction techniques and methods in the previous construction. The construction shall be carried out in accordance with the drawings so as to ensure the quality of the project technically.
II. Construction scheme and technological process of marking project
1. Construction preparation

2. Technical Requirements for Construction Procedures
(1) Before the marking operation, we shall issue the certificate of qualified product inspection of coatings in advance, and spray a test section of about 100m according to the technical specifications of the Model or the instructions of the supervising engineer, so as to check whether the formulation of coatings (including the amount of glass beads) and the quantity of glass beads sprayed on the surface meet the requirements of drawings and technical specifications. And whether the construction machinery and technology are suitable. If approved, test coatings, construction tools and methods can be used for marking construction.
(2) Before marking construction, remove all dust and dirt, loose stones and other debris on the road surface to ensure that the road surface is clean and dry during marking operation.
(3) Line marking is carried out in the daytime. When the climate is humid, there is too much dust, the wind force exceeds grade 5, and the ground temperature is below 10 C, no line marking is carried out.
(4) When marking with hot-melt materials, refer to the instructions provided by the material manufacturer. Strictly guard against marking quality problems caused by improper use of materials.
(5) When the hot melt marking is applied, the width and length of the underlying coatings are larger than the corresponding size of the design markings by using the corresponding underlying coatings, and the hot melt marking materials are sprayed in time after the underlying coatings are dried.
(6) In the course of marking construction, warning signs shall be set up at appropriate locations to prohibit vehicles and pedestrians from driving on the unpainted markings, so as to prevent contamination and damage to the markings.
(7) In case of unqualified materials, improper construction or unqualified markings, they should be cleaned up and re-calibrated, and their losses should be borne by themselves.
(8) The straight line section of the marking line shall be straight, neat and without hairy edges, and the marking line at the diversion line, interchange, service area, ramp of parking lot and smooth curve of road shall be accurately located and smoothly lined.
(9) Hot-melt paint is used for marking, and the shape and thickness meet the requirements of drawings.
(10) The road stains and residual materials caused by construction should be cleaned up in time to keep the road clean.
(11) In the construction of this project, if damage is caused to other projects, it should be repaired promptly at its own expense.
3. Specific Construction Procedures
(1) Safety measures: Make full use of safety facilities such as signs, warning flashes, traffic cones and command flags, equip traffic administrators, manage pedestrians and traffic, and prevent accidents. All safety facilities should enable drivers and pedestrians to clearly identify, facilitate vehicle traffic as much as possible, ensure the safety of operators, and adapt to new changes at any time according to the progress of marking construction. All construction personnel should wear work clothes with obvious signs and eye-catching colors. Night construction should have reflective clothes and reflective signs to ensure the safety of construction personnel and engineering. At the same time, field operators must wear protective mouth (safety cap, gloves) according to the regulations to eliminate the unsafe factors in the budding state.
(2) Heating and melting of hot-melt coatings: when starting to dissolve the coatings, heat them with a small fire and put a small amount of paint into them; when they begin to melt, stir them with a stirrer, and continuously pour new materials into the kettle, increase the amount of fire and intensify stirring until all the coatings in the kettle melt.
The heating temperature of coatings should not be too high. When heated to about 200 C, the material of coatings tends to deteriorate. The main causes of material deterioration are thermal decomposition, oxidation and evaporation. When heating yellow paint, it may change color because of the poor temperature resistance of yellow paint. Therefore, in order to avoid long time high temperature heating, it is better to use appropriate temperature and short time heating method for melting paint. When the pavement temperature is higher than 25 C, the paint temperature can be controlled at about 180 C. If the pavement temperature is lower than 25 C, the paint temperature should be controlled at 190 - 200 C, which can be put into the construction equipment for marking construction.
(3) Pavement cleaning: The important condition for the solid combination of paint and pavement is to keep the contact surface clean. Dust, mud, sand and moisture on the road surface are the main factors affecting the adhesion of coatings. Dust on the road surface can be removed by broom and blower. At the same time, attention should be paid to whether moisture exists or wet on the road surface. When necessary, gas flame should be used to heat and dry before construction.
(4) Lofting: First thing to doGood traffic management to ensure the safety of lofting operation, and then carry out the measurement of the location of the marking line, marking the road surface according to the position indicated by the design icon and the measuring tools and white powder of the figure; when lofting the marking line, the central point of the road should be measured first, and then the central line should be determined at 10-20 m interval; in the curve section, the curvature radius should be set every 5-15 M. Fixed central point; When confirming that the set central point connection line is in conformity with curvature, the road central line is drawn out by connecting the central points; the road central line is checked forward in sequence, while continually extending the central line forward, it also needs to be checked continuously with the set central line position; according to the position of the Road Central line, half of the marked line is marked. When the curvature radius is small, the design and construction of road alignment must be confirmed, and the coordination with road alignment must be achieved. The lane boundary and edge line can be measured according to the center line, and the marking width should also be marked in general. The layout of pedestrian crosswalks and characters should be based on the principle of construction drawing design.
(5) Primer (undercoat): In order to improve the adhesion between the pavement and the coating, the undercoat must be applied first on the pavement; too much or insufficient amount of primer will reduce the adhesion between the pavement and the coating; spraying machine should be used when applying the primer to uniform concentration, and then the artificial rolling coating should be applied specially. Don't pay attention to the uniformity of thickness; only when the primer does not adhere to tires and dust and sand are not adhered, can the marking coating be carried out.
(6) Coating: Before coating, the construction machinery should be checked to ensure that the equipment is in good condition, and the white iron sheet should be used for field test drawing in advance. The color, thickness, width and the amount of glass beads should be checked. When necessary, the parameters should be adjusted.
Labeling: Labeling should be done after the solvent of primer is dried. Labeling should be done before the primer is dried. Solvent will penetrate through the non-hardened wax coating, resulting in bubbles. Labeling glass beads at the same time should be sprayed. Experience shows that half of the diameter of glass beads is embedded in the coating film with the best reflective effect.
Marking solidification: From the point of view of adhesion and repairing, the drying of coating film should be natural cooling; the newly paved asphalt pavement is liable to pollute the marking, and the construction should be delayed.
(7) Repair. After the marking is finished, the unqualified marking is trimmed, the overflow and sagging film is removed, and the thickness, size, the distribution of glass beads and the shape of the marking are checked.
A lofting: first, determine the motor lane and non-motor lane; secondly, determine the pedestrian crossing; finally, the remaining space as a diversion island. B. The purpose of canalization is to ensure smooth traffic, reduce traffic congestion and avoid crossing traffic as far as possible. C. The order of crossing lines: crossing lines are preferred. When the main line meets crossing lines, it should be disconnected. The main line can not be crossed from crossing lines and diversion islands.
4. Construction Quality Standards
(1) Material quality
Coatings shall meet the requirements of the tender documents and be sampled according to the frequency of the specified inspection methods. Sampling inspection shall be carried out by supervision engineer according to the prescribed test method. Qualified construction shall be allowed and unqualified products shall not be used.
(2) The specifications of glass beads should also meet the requirements of the tender documents. The appearance inspection should be non-caking and have certain fluidity. It can be used only after the supervision engineer has passed the sampling inspection.
(3) The transportation and storage of materials should be kept ventilated, dry, rain-proof, moisture-proof, fire-proof and sunlight-proof. For the construction materials transported to the site by the contractor, the construction unit may conduct spot checks in accordance with the relevant norms and regulations. If the spot checks are not qualified, the materials represented by the Contractor shall be removed from the site.
(2) Construction and acceptance
Before marking construction, the road surface must be cleaned, and the preparation of reflective coatings should strictly comply with the requirements of design and technical specifications.
(2) The setting, color and shape of all road markings shall conform to the requirements of drawings and relevant standards.
(3) The visual effects of completed markings should be smooth, uniform, neat, without burrs and stains in the corners during the day and at night. There should be no wrinkles, blisters, cracks and peeling, regular lines and smooth lines in visual inspection under natural light.
(4) Hot-melt coatings have no bubbles after scratching, uniform thickness, continuous and reasonable protrusions and smooth surface.
Examination method for use of glass beads:
A. Observing the surface of the reflective marker with a magnifying glass, whether the glass beads are evenly distributed and firm, and whether there are caking phenomena.
B. Close the paint switch of the spraying machine and operate the glass bead spreader accurately. Spread it for 10 seconds at a speed of 8 km/h. The width of the spraying is 0.16 meters. Collect the sprayed glass beads and measure the volume (not compacted) at least 420 ml.
Thickness check.
The marking line can be measured by micrometer (micrometer).
3. Guarantee System and Measures for Construction Period
